Rufiwtuwur provides dispute resolution, intellectual property protection, and cross-border deal structuring services in Malaysia. All services are subject to Malaysian law and professional legal standards.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Client information is protected under lawyer-client privilege and GDPR-compliant data handling practices. We will not disclose information without consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due and confidentiality obligations continue.

4. Limitation of Liability

Rufiwtuwur provides professional legal advice within applicable Malaysian law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients assume responsibility for decisions made based on our advice.

6. Fee Structure

Fees are quoted on a project basis or hourly rate. Payment is due upon invoice. Late payments may incur interest. All disbursements are reimbursable.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Malaysian law and resolved through negotiation or arbitration under Malaysian Arbitration Act 1952.

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay fees and disbursements as agreed
• Maintain confidentiality of privileged communications
• Promptly respond to legal requests and deadlines
